Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead our store’s visual storytelling and digital presence while supporting sales floor operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer service driven environment and is passionate about luxury, content creation, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Manage all digital and print marketing materials
  • Create on-brand, trend-aware content for Instagram, including posts and stories
  • Develop two email campaigns per week using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
  • Design and write all creative assets and copy for Meta and Google ad campaigns
  • Produce one promotional postcard per month aligned with a central theme or campaign
  • Create one in-store poster per month with clear, visually impactful messaging for street visibility
  • Identify and capture ongoing photo and video content opportunities (“always be creating”)
  • Manage and coordinate influencer collaborations

Photoshoots & Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with the team to select jewelry pieces for photoshoots
  • Conceptualize styling, props, and overall creative direction while ensuring jewelry remains the focal point
  • Execute and assist with photoshoots to maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic

Client Experience & E-Commerce

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all online customer inquiries via email
  • Manage Instagram DMs and comments with a brand-aligned voice
  • Fulfill and ship online orders with attention to detail and presentation

Sales & Boutique Support

  • Assist clients on the sales floor as needed
  • Confidently communicate product knowledge and brand story
  • Build genuine connections with clients and contribute to a welcoming boutique environment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to follow custom projects and production for content opportunities

Qualifications

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Strong understanding of visual branding and social media trends
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support beyond primary responsibilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Experience

  • Background in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, or design
  • Experience with content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
  • Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads platforms
