Overview

Awesung Tech is a large-scale integrated warehousing and logistics enterprise specializing in cross-border e-commerce support services, international transportation and customs clearance, Amazon FBA transfer, dedicated air freight lines, and one-stop fulfillment. We operate major warehouse centers across the U.S. with a total warehouse area exceeding one million square feet. Awesung Tech has major warehouses in LA, CA, TX, and GA.

As our livestream business continues to grow, we are seeking a Livestreaming Assistant to support the full livestream workflow on TikTok / Whatnot and assist related business operations. This role primarily focuses on on-site livestream execution and daily operational support, ensuring smooth livestream execution, accurate order processing, and proper inventory management. This position places strong emphasis on execution, reliability, and teamwork.

Basic Information

  • Location: Ontario CA 91761 
  • Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30 AM-17:00PM
  • Night Shift and Weekend shifts (based on livestream schedule)

Job Responsibilities

Before Livestream

  • Organize, label, number, and match products onsite
  • Operate TikTok / Whatnot backend systems, including product listing, link setup, pricing, and inventory updates
  • Prepare livestream equipment, product samples, and giveaways

During Livestream

  • Assist the host in maintaining livestream pacing
  • Interact with viewers and respond to basic questions
  • Update prices, mark sold items, and manage inventory in real time
  • Retrieve and organize products as needed during the livestream (warehouse-based tasks)

After Livestream

  • Pack, label, scan, and verify orders for shipment
  • Respond to customer messages, review feedback, and assist with handling negative reviews
  • Document feedback and support livestream process optimization
  • Assist with daily inventory management and shelf organization

Rotation Responsibilities

May include, but are not limited to:

  • Offline sales support
  • Online livestream operations support
  • Traditional platform support (e.g., basic e-commerce listing assistance)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Adapt to an onsite warehouse environment, including moving small items, organizing shelves, and assisting with inventory management
  • Coordinate closely with hosts and warehouse staff to ensure alignment between livestream activity, order fulfillment, and inventory
  • Guide viewers to participate in promotions and giveaways and assist with reasonable distribution
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work evening shifts based on livestream scheduling needs
  • Ability to work weekend shifts based on livestream scheduling needs
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including standing and moving small items
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and execution-focused
  • Able to adapt to livestream schedules and team workflows
  • Reliable, stable work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in livestreaming, e-commerce, customer service, or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Whatnot, or similar platforms
  • Outgoing personality and willingness to participate in livestream interactions

  • Holiday Pay: 7 days annually (including 1 day for Chinese New Year)
  • Paid Time Off: 5 days annually, increasing based on years worked and job level

  • Flexible Leave: Two additional 2-hour personal leaves per month

Compensation

  • This role will start through a staffing partner with flexible sponsorship and benefits options, while working directly with the company team, receiving the same training and growth opportunities, with the potential to transition to direct payroll based on performance.
  • H-1B sponsorship in 2027 subject to company decision
