Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile marketing professional to join a growing organization in the CDMO space. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment and is excited to make a meaningful impact.

 

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing global marketing strategy, with a strong focus on CDMO services. Experience in biologics is highly preferred, though candidates with broader CDMO expertise (e.g., CGT or small molecules) will also be considered.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support CDMO services in U.S. and global markets
  • Refine and elevate corporate messaging across presentations, website content, and social media platforms
  • Lead the development of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, technical literature, and sales enablement tools
  • Own and continuously improve company website content, ensuring clarity and impact
  • Plan and execute conference participation (U.S. and international), including booth design, collateral, logistics, and coordination
  • Organize and manage technical webinars on third-party platforms
  • Enhance and polish corporate slide decks and executive presentations to a world-class standard
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis
  • Manage and nurture leads generated from conferences and campaigns
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including template development
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international counterparts

 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of U.S. marketing experience within a CDMO environment (biologics preferred; CGT or small molecules acceptable)
  • Strong English proficiency (native or near-native), with exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong eye for design and storytelling
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools (video editing, graphics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with biologics-related conferences and associated logistics
  • Experience developing marketing materials for U.S. sales; European market exposure is a plus
  • Proficiency with AI tools for marketing and content development
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Additional Requirements

  • Must be based in the Boston area and able to work on-site in Southborough, MA
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
