Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (summer start date flexible) Compensation: Paid internship Location: In-person (Westhampton Beach)
This is a hands-on, full-time marketing internship ideal for a college student interested in arts marketing, communications, or media. You’ll work directly with our marketing team and gain real-world experience promoting live performances, educational programs, and community events at a professional non-profit performing arts venue.
Responsibilities
· Draft and edit press releases, email copy, and promotional text
· Manage and update free event calendar listings across multiple platforms
· Assist with social media scheduling and basic content planning
· Create marketing assets using Canva (flyers, graphics, digital ads, etc.)
· Help maintain marketing calendars and track sales
· Support general marketing and administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in college (marketing, communications, arts, or related field preferred)
· Strong writing and editing skills
· Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
· Interest in the performing arts is a plus

Event Marketing & Social Media Intern (Part-Time, Paid)
Schedule: Nights and weekends based on event schedule Compensation: Paid internship Location: In-person during events (Westhampton Beach)
This role is perfect for a college student who loves live events, social media, and capturing moments as they happen. You’ll be on-site during performances and special events, helping document and promote what’s happening in real time.
Responsibilities
· Capture photo and video content during events (performances, audiences, behind-the-scenes moments) and post in real time to multiple platforms
· Create short-form social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
· Assist with archiving and organizing digital media
· Help identify content opportunities during events
· Support post-event content needs and recaps
Qualifications
· Comfortable working nights and weekends as needed
· Strong interest in social media, content creation, or digital storytelling
· Familiarity with Instagram, video trends, and basic editing tools
· Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a live event environment
