Real Estate Marketing & Social Media Intern

Position: Summer Intern (Part-Time / Paid)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (In-person/Hybrid)

The Role

Support a high-volume real estate professional by managing digital presence and streamlining marketing operations. This is a hands-on role where you will see the inner workings of the Philadelphia real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content (Reels, TikToks, and static posts) showcasing listings, neighborhood spotlights, and market updates.

Marketing Support: Draft and distribute email newsletters and digital mailers to the client database.

Event Coordination: Assist with the preparation and promotion of events like "Brunch & Learn" sessions or luxury open houses.

Administrative Support: Help update CRM records, manage listing photos, and coordinate with vendors (photographers, stagers, etc.).

Qualifications

Active on social media with a good eye for design and video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.).

Excellent written communication skills (professional yet personable).

Highly organized and able to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Local to Philadelphia with reliable transportation for property visits.
