Supply Chain and Product Coordinator Intern

Orbit Industries is seeking supply chain and product coordinator interns to aid in planning and strategic sourcing process for products. Interns will provide administrative support to the engineering manager. 

Responsibilities: 
• Planning and strategic sourcing: Execute planning and strategic sourcing process for assigned products, including supplier selection, supply market analysis, and supplier management.
• Quality Control: Work closely with product engineers to conduct quality control including sample management, inbound delivery quality check, and new product development.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement. Apply six sigma and lean to standardize work process/flow to achieve higher efficiency.
