Director of Stakeholder Relations & Development

 

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Director of Stakeholder Relations & Development. Our client is a dynamic, growing organization built on a strong base of members and investors. With a mission centered on advancing the local business community, this newly created leadership role will play a critical part in expanding visibility, strengthening relationships, and driving engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new members, investors, and strategic partners aligned with the organization’s mission, goals, and value proposition. 
  • Actively promote and represent the organization through programs, events, and community engagement initiatives. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of investor needs and expectations, and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programs and services. 
  • Design, coordinate, and lead educational and informational initiatives that foster meaningful investor-to-investor engagement. 
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and internal staff to develop and implement new programs, services, and benefits that enhance investor value. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of investor status, engagement activity, and participation. 
  • Create and manage a compelling, value-driven investor benefits portfolio to support marketing and retention efforts. 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience working within the local business community in roles such as sales, community engagement, investor relations, membership development, or fundraising. 
  • Strong background in business-to-business (B2B) sales or engagement, preferably within the Capital Region. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. 
  • Proven track record of achieving growth in membership, investor engagement, or revenue generation. 
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and strategic thinking skills. 
  • Ability to work both in-office and actively engage with the business community. 

 

Compensation

$90,000 – $125,000, commensurate with experience.
