Job Title: Summer Accounting/AI Integration Intern
Location: Remote
Job Type: Part-Time Internship (Summer; potential to extend)
Hours: Up to 30 hours per week
Compensation: $20 per hour

Company Overview:
Small consulting practice providing accounting and advisory services to small businesses, primarily broker-dealers.

Position Summary:
The Accounting Intern will support financial reporting and process improvement efforts, with a focus on using Excel and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to automate trial balance reporting and supporting schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare reports and schedules from trial balances
• Assist with automation of recurring accounting processes
• Support client accounting and consulting projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting or related field
• Strong Excel skills required
• Experience with Copilot or similar AI tools
  QuickBooks experience a plus

Work Environment:
Fully remote, independent work with flexible scheduling within agreed hours
