Program Manager of Developmental Disabilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS

• Schedule daily activities for our individuals and staff
• Be a coach, team player, and role model in helping the individuals we serve reach their daily and monthly goals.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and outside regulations and standards.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license
