We're at $1.2M+ ARR, profitable, growing 5x year-over-year, and just opened our NYC office to fuel our US expansion.
About the role
You'll join the Sales team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) Intern, based in our NYC office. You'll play a key role in supporting our US growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers across the North American fashion and e-commerce ecosystem. Your mission: generate high-quality opportunities, build strong relationships with prospects, and contribute directly to Kleep AI's market expansion in the US.
What you'll do
Prospect & engage: Run outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and creative formats (e.g., video outreach). Identify and qualify strategic prospects in the US fashion and e-commerce industry.
Qualify leads & understand needs: Research target accounts and decision-makers to deeply understand their challenges. Demonstrate how Kleep AI's solutions solve their specific problems.
Schedule meetings: Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and feed the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with sales: Work closely with the Head of Sales and leadership team to refine messaging and strategy. Share field feedback to continuously improve our commercial approach.
Represent Kleep AI: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars. Monitor market trends and customer expectations in the US fashion tech ecosystem.
What we're looking for

- Organized and goal-oriented — able to structure your work, track KPIs, and follow up efficiently
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS, sales, and innovation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native proficiency)
- Comfort with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Previous experience in sales, prospecting, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (rising junior, senior, or recent grad preferred)
