Sales Intern - Summer 2026

Job Overview
TurnTime20 is a two-sided marketplace connecting commercial fleets with heavy-duty repair shops and maintenance providers. This intern will be on the front lines of that effort. You'll be doing real outreach, learning how our industry works, and helping shape how we grow. Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling and direct sales efforts within assigned territories
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and generating leads using CRM software and analysis skills
  • Deliver product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing solutions tailored to their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates within CRM systems like Salesforce

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a focus on business, marketing, or related fields preferred
  • Genuinely curious about the trucking, logistics, or heavy-duty maintenance industry or eager to get up to speed fast
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients
  • Ability to perform analysis of market data and customer needs to support strategic decision-making
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward lead generation and territory management
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking customer interactions and sales progress
