Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Menifee, CA, for a Solar Energy Consultant. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients to generate and qualify leads, conduct consultations to assess customer needs, and design personalized solar solutions. You will educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, provide detailed product recommendations, and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the solar industry, including solar power systems and industry trends
- Experience with lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and related technology is a plus
- Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
