We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Compliance Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate compliance operations, with a focus on third-party due diligence and internal clearance processes. The intern will support the Compliance Paralegal and broader team in maintaining high standards of regulatory and ethical compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track active third-party due diligence screening reports to ensure timely updates and follow-ups.
- Assist with Partner data access clearance updates and documentation.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in third-party due diligence and compliance.
- Support Compliance with various administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, document review, and internal communications.
- Help maintain organized records and databases related to compliance activities.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Business, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
This is a paid internship offering $15 per hour, requiring 40 hours per week for a minimum commitment of two months. The role is hybrid, with on‑site work required at our Austin office.
Interns will be mentored by experienced compliance professionals and will participate in team meetings, training sessions, and collaborative projects. The team fosters a supportive and inclusive environment where interns are encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas and grow professionally.
