Role Overview Full-time, in-office (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) at our Lake Ridge office. You'll partner closely with ownership to build, execute, and optimize marketing systems that drive qualified homeowner leads across Northern Virginia. Expect real ownership of projects, measurable results, and direct input on business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and optimize email marketing campaigns
- Schedule and manage social media content
- Support website updates and content creation
- Monitor and improve SEO performance
- Manage review-generation and reputation systems
- Track lead metrics, marketing ROI, and performance dashboards
- Assist with CRM setup, automation workflows, and seasonal promotions/neighborhood outreach
