Digital Marketing Manager (PPC, SEO, Local Search)
Western Disaster Clean Up is hiring an in-house Digital Marketing Specialist to own and scale our entire digital presence. This is a solo role responsible for driving leads, managing ad spend, and improving ROI across all channels. The focus is performance—generating calls, jobs, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (primary focus)
- Run and improve Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB)
- Oversee and update company website (WordPress)
- Execute and improve SEO strategy (technical, on-page, local)
- Track leads, cost per lead, ROI, and budgets
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards (calls, conversions, performance)
- Identify and test new marketing opportunities
- Create and manage photo/video content for social media
- Launch and maintain social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Requirements
- Proven experience with Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization, scaling)
- Experience with LSA and local lead generation
- Strong understanding of SEO and local ranking factors
- Experience with WordPress
- Ability to track and analyze data (Google Analytics, CallRail, etc.)
- Self-motivated and able to operate independently
- Strong understanding of budgeting and ROI
Preferred
- Experience in home services or restoration industry
- Photography and video editing skills
- Experience managing multi-location marketing
Additional Info
- This is a solo, in-house role with full ownership of marketing
- Must be able to show past results and campaign performance
- Occasional field work required for content creation
