Position Overview 

We’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters / Lead Generators. This is a great entry-level opportunity for driven individuals who want to gain hands-on sales experience, build confidence, and grow into a high-income sales career. 

 

Openings in Knoxville, TN and Nashville, TN

 

In this role, you’ll connect directly with homeowners, identify potential project needs, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. 

 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • $20 per hour base pay 
  • Monthly performance bonus (20+ appointments set per month) 
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available 
  • Clear career path into a Sales Representative role 
  • 1099 Independent Contractor position 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct door-to-door lead generation in assigned areas 
  • Engage homeowners professionally and confidently 
  • Identify potential roofing, decking, window, and exterior project needs 
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team 
  • Represent STRATA Construction with integrity and enthusiasm 

 

Requirements 

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented 
  • Team-player mentality     
  • Willingness to learn and grow 

 

  • Must attend: 
  • 1 mandatory meeting per month 
  • 1 mandatory quarterly meeting
