Transportation & Logistics Coordinator (Summer Internship)
Camp Sewataro – Sudbury, MA
Camp Sewataro is hiring a Transportation Coordinator to manage one of the most fast-paced parts of camp: daily arrival and dismissal for hundreds of campers and families.
This role sits at the intersection of customer service, real-time operations, and youth-focused care. You’ll be communicating directly with families while managing moving transportation systems that require quick thinking, organization, and strong judgment.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily transportation systems (buses, car drop-off, walkers)
- Communicate directly with families regarding delays, changes, and concerns
- Manage high-volume, time-sensitive situations in real time
- Build and adjust transportation routes and logistics each session
- Coordinate with staff and transportation vendors
- Keep systems organized and running smoothly under pressure

Qualifications
- Rising junior or senior preferred in college
- Experience in customer service, childcare, camp, education, or similar environments strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Excel and learning systems

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
