Office Manager

Hawkins Electric is looking for an Office Manager to help run day-to-day operations. Some responsibilities will include communicating with and scheduling customers for upcoming projects, assigning technicians to jobs, and scheduling inspections. The Office Manager is also responsible for leading Social Media Marketing efforts, including developing a marketing plan and executing social media initiatives. 

 

This is a Remote role with an occasional need to drive to the job site to create content or deliver small amounts of material to technicians. 

 

Strong written and verbal communication skills required. 

Driver's License Required.

Must live in the greater Twin Cities area. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is a must.

Company phone & laptop provided. 

Must have a reliable internet connection.
