Job Title: Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Entry-Level B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will help generate new business opportunities by connecting with companies, building relationships with decision-makers, and introducing our products/services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales, develop communication skills, and grow into higher-level sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and identify potential business clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and lead generation tools

Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales team members or account executives

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing business customers

Learn customer pain points and recommend solutions that meet their needs

Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and sales activity in CRM software

Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals (calls, emails, meetings booked, etc.)

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts

Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence speaking with professionals over phone, email, and video meetings

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong organization and time management skills

Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Prior customer service, retail, hospitality, or internship experience is a plus
