Sales Representative (Entry-Level, Retail Customer Engagement)

About the Role

Foothills Marketing is hiring a Sales Representative to support customer engagement and product education efforts within established retail partner locations. Foothills marketing is focused on in-person customer interaction, brand representation, and sales support.

Representatives work inside assigned retail locations, assisting customers by explaining products, answering questions, and facilitating purchases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in assigned retail partner locations
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and current promotions
  • Assist customers through the purchasing process using provided systems
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
  • Attend scheduled training sessions and team meetings
  • Follow all retail partner guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts in a retail environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow structured sales processes
