Job Description

The Business Operations Associate – Leadership Track plays a key role in executing day-to-day administrative and operational activities while supporting the modernization and transformation of company systems and workflows. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments. You will perform hands-on operational and analytical tasks while supporting planning, coordination, and execution of business process and systems-related initiatives. This role offers a clear path for future advancement into managerial and leadership positions based on performance.

  • Perform daily administrative and operational activities, including support for accounting, budgeting, reporting, and other core business functions. 
  • Analyze operational and business data to support reporting, planning, and decision-making. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and support cross-functional operational initiatives. 
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, logs, and documentation related to administrative and operational activities. 
  • Support coordination across departments to ensure processes are executed efficiently and accurately. 
  • Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of business systems, processes, and workflows across administrative functions. 
  • Monitor processes to identify bottlenecks, update internal stakeholders, and support continuous improvement of efficiency and quality. 
  • Develop business requirements and assist in implementing technology-enabled solutions. 
  • Help design and maintain dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. 
  • Evaluate processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with best practices. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall department efficiency. 
  • Develop knowledge and skills that support future growth into 
  • leadership roles. 

Requirements/Qualifications

Successful Applicants will possess the following qualities:

  • Undergraduate degree 
  • Eager to take on leadership responsibilities 
  • Strong interest in business operations, administration, or systems 
  • Prior internship or experience in operations, administration, analytics, or related fields valued but not required 
  • Responsible, reliable, and punctual 
  • Willing to take on and develop competence in a wide variety of tasks 
  • Computer skills (Heavy use of Windows including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Dynamics, web browser, and proprietary software) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • High attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Accurate data entry skills 
  • Organization skills - Must be comfortable and capable of keeping information organized in a structured manner 
  • Enjoys both desk work and problem-solving analytical work 
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and skills tests 

Schedule

Full Time.
7AM–4PM, Monday – Friday and overtime as needed
