Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Campaign Execution (Web, Social, Email) – 30%
Create, schedule, and manage digital content and campaigns that engage audiences and drive results. -
Agent & Internal Marketing Support – 30%
Collaborate with agents and internal teams on marketing needs, requests, and initiatives. -
Analytics & Performance Reporting – 15%
Track and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations. -
Project Coordination and Administrative– 15%
Manage marketing projects, schedules, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely execution. -
Website Updates & Content Maintenance – 10%
Update property pages, blog posts, and core website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

Required Skills
- A passion for digital marketing, creativity, and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, real estate marketing a plus!
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, analytics and social media platforms
- Excellent writing, grammar and visual storytelling skills
