Retail Operations Internship - Summer 2026

INTERNSHIP SUMMARY 

  • Support omnichannel operation initiatives through researching and defining processes to optimize operational workflows
  • Analyze and participate in discussion about applications used across the company for clienteling needs
  • Support development of the CRM application to continuously improve clienteling process and procedure
  • Support Retail stores, openings, and operational training sessions through the creation of operational how-to materials in partnership with the office retail teams
  • Learn about various processes and procedures within the retail and online environment to understand how they operate individually as well as in unison
  • Assist with project-based work in areas such as retail excellence, omnichannel integration, and process documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated interest in operations, clienteling, and technology innovation
  • Strong research, writing, analytical and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to work well with a team, maintain a positive and proactive approach, and productively work independently
  • Highly motivated to learn, grow and develop new skills and abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

The Summer 2026 Internship Program is expected to run from approximately May 11, 2026, through August 24, 2026. Exact start and end dates may vary slightly based on team needs or individual scheduling requirements. Interns are expected to commit up to 32 hours per week, with schedules that can accommodate academic obligations where applicable. Participation in this internship is contingent upon proof of eligibility to work in the United States, including submission of required documentation.
