Sales Representative

Sales Representative

This is an in-person position. We do not offer remote roles at this time.

We’re looking for a driven, people-focused individual ready to build a career in sales and customer engagement. As a Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers, developing the communication, relationship-building, and sales skills that drive real results. This is a W2 position with a combination of hourly pay, commission, and bonuses - not commission-only.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage customers in person to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Execute a consultative sales approach from introduction to close
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance
  • Track sales activity and results using CRM tools
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
