You’ll learn by doing—working alongside experienced leaders while building real-world management skills.
What You’ll Do
- Help lead and support a team of warehouse associates (2-5 people)
- Keep operations running smoothly—shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and coordinating deliveries
- Monitor inventory accuracy and help solve issues
- Support route planning and on-time customer deliveries
- Participate in safety meetings and team development
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Leadership potential and team-first mindset
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Bonus (not required):
- Internship or part-time experience in warehouse, operations, or logistics
- Forklift or equipment experience
