Paralegal
Location: Greenville, Michigan (in-office required)
Reed, Glovick & Hamming, PLC is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal to assist with probate and estate administration matters. Probate experience is preferred but not required. This position is suited for someone who is organized, accurate, and able to manage structured work with consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize legal documents and correspondence
- Assist with probate and estate administration files from opening through closing
- Track deadlines and maintain case calendars
- Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties
- Maintain accurate and well-organized files
- Support attorneys with drafting and document review
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear and professional written communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes
- Reliable and self-directed
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior law firm or legal assistant experience
- Exposure to probate, estate planning, or financial documentation
