Sr. Area Operations Manager

What You'll Be Doing

Lead operational excellence across multiple ready-mix concrete sites to drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Develop, guide, and empower teams to achieve strong performance and continuous improvement.

Optimize operational processes, production planning, and resource utilization.

Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and community partners.

Champion compliance, sustainability, and responsible operating practices across the area.

What Are We Looking For

Background in ready-mix concrete preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development.

Strong business and operational acumen with the capability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Collaborative leadership style that builds trust, develops talent, and strengthens engagement.

Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of skills, knowledge, and capability.

Work Environment

Work is performed in both office and operational settings, including outdoor and industrial environments. This role requires travel between sites and the ability to work in varied weather conditions and around heavy equipment.

$185,000-$195,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan
