Healthcare Social Media / Content Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for two creative and motivated Content Interns to join the PathwayIQ team, a branch of HealthAdminLife. This is a great opportunity for students interested in content creation, social media, and career-focused storytelling, especially within healthcare and early-career development. You’ll gain hands-on experience building a growing platform designed to help students and new grads navigate career pathways.
 

What You’ll Do
You’ll help create engaging, relatable content that supports our audience of students and early-career professionals. Examples of content include:
● Short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) taking inspiration from current trends
● Instagram carousels breaking down topics like internships, resumes, or certifications
● Editing podcast clips and promotional content
● Behind-the-scenes or lifestyle content tied to student/professional growth
● Brainstorming and testing new content ideas for PathwayIQ’s launch

Requirements
● Must be willing to work in person in Austin, Texas
● Available to commit 2–3 hours per week
● Interest in content creation, social media, or healthcare careers
● Strong creativity and willingness to be on camera

Details
● Start Date: May 4
● Time Commitment: 2–3 hours/week
● Compensation: Unpaid (great for experience & portfolio building)

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build real content, grow a personal portfolio, and be part of launching something new.
