Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Internship (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Intern to help us scale our team.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in hiring, candidate evaluation, and building a high-performing team. You will play a direct role in helping us identify, screen, and onboard new team members.

If you're interested in HR, recruiting, or business operations, this role will give you practical experience that goes far beyond a traditional internship.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and screen incoming applicants
  • Send outreach messages to potential candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
  • Evaluate submissions and help determine candidate fit
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Track applicant progress and maintain organized records

You will be following a structured hiring process, so no prior recruiting experience is required.
