Sales Development Representative Intern (8 weeks - Paid)

 

Role Summary:

This is a sales internship focused on real pipeline work. You'll be working with our sales team to identify and reach out to potential customers, qualify leads, and help us grow. You'll be doing actual sales development — not making coffee runs. We're a small team, so you'll need to be comfortable figuring things out independently, but you'll have context and support when it matters.

Responsibilities:

Researching and identifying prospective customers. Reaching out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest. Qualifying leads and logging all activity in our Monday.com CRM. Collaborating with the sales team to hand off warm leads and refine outreach strategies. Learning what works and iterating.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills — written and verbal. Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to strangers. Self-motivated and able to manage your own follow-ups without a lot of hand-holding. Familiarity with CRM tools or a willingness to learn Monday.com quickly. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program (any field welcome, business or marketing a plus).
