Software Development Intern (8 weeks - Paid)
Role Summary:
This is a paid development internship focused on internal tooling. You'll work directly with a senior developer to help build a system that automates parts of our development workflow. You'll be contributing to a real project, not doing busywork, but you'll have close guidance throughout.
Responsibilities:
Writing and testing code for internal automation tools. Working within our document conversion pipeline. Using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code as part of the daily workflow. Debugging, researching solutions, and participating in technical discussions with the team. Scope will be adjusted based on your skill level and progress.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar). Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar). Basic understanding of concepts like APIs, file handling, or command-line tools is helpful. Willingness to learn and ask questions when stuck.
