We are building a new category of connectivity that works seamlessly across cruise ships and international destinations, and we are looking for motivated interns who want hands-on experience helping grow an early-stage brand. Interns will play an active role in shaping marketing strategy, expanding partnerships, and driving customer adoption as we scale the business.

 

Brand Operations & Analytics Intern

Primary Goal: Track performance and provide insights to help grow the OneRoam brand across marketing channels

Preferred Location: Alpharetta, GA or South Florida

Role Overview

The Brand Operations & Analytics Intern will support performance tracking and reporting across OneRoam’s marketing, partnerships, and customer acquisition initiatives. This role will help measure how the brand is growing across channels including affiliate partnerships, influencer campaigns, website performance, and promotional initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone interested in analytics, marketing strategy, startup operations, or business intelligence who wants hands-on experience helping scale a new global brand.

Responsibilities

  • Track performance across key growth channels including:
    • affiliate partnerships
    • influencer campaigns
    • digital marketing initiatives
    • website conversion performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as:
    • customer acquisition cost (CAC)
    • conversion rates
    • revenue by channel
    • campaign performance
  • Build weekly dashboards summarizing brand growth trends
  • Identify top performing marketing channels and segments
  • Analyze website behavior including drop-off points and engagement trends
  • Support tracking of promotional campaigns and partnership initiatives
  • Assist with performance reporting for leadership presentations
  • Identify data trends that inform marketing strategy and optimization opportunities
  • Support operational tracking across marketing tools and platforms
