Entry-Level Marketing Representative
About the Role:
Foothills Marketing is looking for driven individuals ready to launch their careers in face-to-face marketing and sales. This full-time role offers hands-on experience in brand promotion, customer engagement, and leadership development — with a supportive team environment and fully paid training included.
As a Marketing Representative, you’ll work directly with customers and our client brands to drive brand awareness and promote products in a variety of retail settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers in a face-to-face setting
- Promote brand awareness for client products and services
- Support advertising and promotional efforts at retail locations
- Assist in sales processes
- Adapt to new product launches and direct marketing strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Current college students and graduates are encouraged to apply
- Customer service, marketing, or communications experience is a plus
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Coachable, organized, and self-motivated
- Comfortable in fast-paced, people-facing environments
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay with bonuses and incentives (Typical earnings range: $35,000–$65,000 per year)
