Campus Growth Lead - Boston

About the Role 
Kamel Ride started to solve a simple problem: getting between cities as a student is expensive, inconvenient, and fragmented. We are building a better alternative, a student-powered ride network that makes travel cheaper, more flexible, and more social. Instead of buses and trains, students ride together. We are expanding across university campuses, and we need student growth leads who understand how real adoption happens through trust, visibility, and momentum. Your job is to make Kamel Ride the default way students travel intercity in Boston. You will shape our presence on campus and drive the growth that turns this into a real network.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Boston market and represent Kamel Ride across universities in Boston
  • Build and run creative campaigns that feel natural to students, including student organization partnerships, social content, and on-campus activations
  • Work directly with the founder to plan focused growth sprints and track user traction
  • Test ideas quickly, learn from what works, and scale the tactics that drive real usage
  • Create social media content that reflects how students actually communicate

  • You understand the Boston ecosystem and how students communicate
  • You can clearly explain the value of student carpooling in a way that feels real
  • You are execution-oriented and comfortable trying simple, fast, and scrappy ideas
  • You take ownership and want to see direct impact from your work
