Corporate Recruiter

Envoy America is seeking an affable, detail-oriented, and creative Recruiter to join the team. This individual will lead recruitment of both HQ-based positions and Companion Drivers (1099 and W-2). They will be responsible for conducting market research, posting job ads, interviewing candidates, moving them through the hiring process, extending offers, and onboarding them. This role emphasizes exceptional interpersonal skills while maintaining operational efficiency to ensure new hires are recruited and onboarded in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both HQ roles and Companion Driver positions. This includes:
    • Post job openings across job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels;
    • Proactively source candidates using online platforms, databases, and referrals;
    • Screen resumes and applications for minimum qualifications and role fit;
    • Conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate next-round interviews;
    • Move candidates efficiently through each stage of the hiring process;
    • Extend verbal and written offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR; and
    • Support new hires through onboarding steps.
  • Ensure a positive, respectful, and timely candidate experience.
  • Provide regular status updates and hiring progress reports.
  • Contribute to data-driven continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and process gaps.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a talent acquisition/recruitment-related role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Comfort working with technology, ATS platforms, and virtual interview tools.

  • Hourly rate of $21 per hour.
