Property Management Operations and Client Relations Internship with Prideaway Stays

Who We Are: Prideaway Stays (PAS), is a fast-growing start-up company focused on short-term rental management in legendary Provincetown, MA. We leverage Airbnb, Vrbo, and other booking platforms for maximum rental potential for a variety of properties, owners, and clients. We currently work with 40+ properties and $50M+ of Provincetown real estate assets.

Location: The internship is focused on a physical presence in Provincetown. The ideal candidate would be able to get in and out of Provincetown on a consistent basis, multiple times each week.

Dates: June 1 – August 31, 2026

Pay: $20/hour

Hours: 30–40 hours/week

Schedule: Flexible, but ideal working hours would encompass hours between 9am-6pm, and having availability on at least one weekend day is important.

The Opportunity

Skip the "boring" internship. Join a fast-growing start-up managing $50M+ in real estate assets in legendary Provincetown. You’ll learn the ins and outs of a luxury hospitality business built on Airbnb and VRBO in one of the most exclusive, LGBTQ+-friendly destinations in the world.

At PAS, we don't do "busy work." You will be mentored directly by the owners, gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, real estate tech, and high-stakes client relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Operations: Visit 40+ luxury properties to ensure 5-star guest readiness and solve on-site issues.
  • Client & Guest Relations: Provide "concierge-level" support to guests and assist in managing property owner communications.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Partner with local P-town vendors and business owners.
  • Business Tech: Learn to optimize Airbnb/Vrbo listings for maximum search and revenue.

What We’re Looking For

  • Undergraduate or graduate students (ideally Cape-based) with reliable transportation.
  • Tech-savvy, professional individuals with a "no task too small" attitude.
  • A passion for start-ups, real estate, or LGBTQ+-owned businesses.

Your Mentors

  • Jason Muth: 25+ year media veteran, 36x Airbnb Superhost, and host of the SmartStay Show podcast.
  • Ethan Sobel: Expert in marketing, client relations, and mission-focused leadership with a deep background in STR property operations.
