Photography Assistant

X3cutive LLC is looking for a motivated, high-energy individual who is ready to grind, learn, and grow. We don’t care if you don’t own a camera yet—we care about your work ethic, your personality, and your drive to become a pro. We provide all the professional gear and the training; you bring the energy and the hustle.

We work at the heart of the community, capturing high-energy media days, senior portraits, and university events. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn the industry from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For:

• The "First-In" Mindset: You are the person who beats the sun up. Our setups at high schools often start as early as 5:00 AM.
• Reliability: You are consistently 15 minutes early. In our world, if you’re "on time," you’re late.
• Outgoing Energy: You’re comfortable commanding a room, posing groups of 10+ people, and making sure everyone has a great experience in front of the lens.
• A Fast Learner: You’re ready to master professional lighting, high-end camera systems, and the "X3cutive" workflow.
• Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet, moving gear, and staying active throughout the day. You should be comfortable lifting 30–50 lbs.

The Schedule:

This role is for someone who wants to be in the thick of the action.

• Availability: You must be available during the week and some weekends throughout the month.
• The Hours: Shifts can start at 5:00 AM and breakdown can wrap as late as 8:30 PM.
• Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle to get to event locations across the DFW area.
