Project and Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
Looking for a highly organized, proactive student or recent grad to help coordinate and move forward a number of real-world projects, including property renovations, contractor coordination, and an early-stage event/wedding venue concept.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — not just observation. You’ll be helping bring structure to multiple projects and making sure things move forward and objectives are met.
If you enjoy organizing, problem-solving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, this is a great fit.
Flexible, ~20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
Break projects into clear, actionable tasks and track progress
Coordinate with contractors and vendors (calls, emails, scheduling)
Follow up persistently to keep projects moving
Organize information (estimates, notes, timelines, documents)
Help prioritize tasks and next steps across multiple projects
Work through ambiguity — not everything will be fully defined upfront
What You’ll Gain:
Real-world experience managing multiple projects at once
Exposure to property renovation, operations, and business execution
Experience with project management, coordination, and communication
A clear understanding of how to bring structure to complex work
Qualifications:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable follow-through (does what you say you’ll do)
Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails
Proactive — doesn’t wait to be told every step
Clear and professional communication
* Experience is not required — mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn matter more.
