Role Summary:

Leads all operational planning and execution, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and breakdown.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop site layout and logistics plan

Coordinate setup (stages, booths, equipment)

Manage event-day operations team

Oversee waste management and cleanup

Ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

Strong experience in event logistics and operations

Knowledge of health & safety regulations
