About the Role
The Data Analytics Marketing Intern will support our marketing team by transforming data into clear insights that drive smarter decisions, stronger campaigns, and measurable growth. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who loves dashboards, patterns, and performance metrics—and wants hands-on experience working with real marketing and enrollment data.
In addition to analytics and reporting, this intern will support the connection between marketing data and enrollment systems, helping ensure enrollment packets and online applications are accurate, up to date, and properly connected to HubSpot for tracking and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain marketing and enrollment performance dashboards (primarily in HubSpot)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across digital marketing and enrollment channels
- Identify and flag negative trends, anomalies, and performance gaps with clear insights and recommendations
- Research and benchmark marketing and enrollment goals, conversion metrics, and industry best practices
- Conduct competitive research to compare digital presence, messaging, and campaign performance
- Support analysis of paid and organic campaigns across platforms
- Assist with data cleanup, validation, and reporting accuracy
- Update and maintain enrollment packets and online applications
- Ensure online enrollment forms and applications are properly connected to HubSpot, including:
- Field mapping
- Source tracking
- Data flow accuracy
- Help translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for the marketing and enrollment teams
- Collaborate with marketing, enrollment, and operations teams to support data-driven decision making
Bonus / Advanced Experience (Not Required, but a Plus)
- Meta Pixel implementation and performance tracking
- Retargeting and audience performance analysis
- Google Analytics (GA4) reporting and insights
- Meta Ads Platform reporting and optimization insights
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Marketing
- Data Analytics
- Business Analytics
- Information Systems
- Statistics or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and form-based systems
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, or digital ad platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to explain insights in clear, non-technical language
- Curious mindset and eagerness to learn
