Case Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our NYC office. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients regarding their WTCHP (World Trade Center Health Program) status
- Assist clients in scheduling Health Program evaluation appointments
- Conduct outbound calls to clients and witnesses to screen for statements
- Maintain accurate and organized case records
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the intake and case management process
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to manage assigned tasks
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Cantonese (required); Mandarin (preferred)
- Prior customer service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in a legal, healthcare, or case management setting
