Case Manager

Job Title: Case Manager (Entry-Level) – NYC

Fluency in Cantonese (required); Mandarin (preferred)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our NYC office. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to manage client interactions with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients regarding their WTCHP (World Trade Center Health Program) status
  • Assist clients in scheduling Health Program evaluation appointments
  • Conduct outbound calls to clients and witnesses to screen for statements
  • Maintain accurate and organized case records
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the intake and case management process
  • Collaborate with team members while also working independently to manage assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Cantonese (required); Mandarin (preferred)
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience in a legal, healthcare, or case management setting
