Entry Level Management Assistant (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management 

  • Engage directly with customers to promote and explain AT&T’s wireless products, wireless plans, and wireless service bundles using effective sales strategies.
  • Guide customers through enrollment while applying consultative sales techniques to recommend the best wireless solutions for their needs.
  • As an AT&T Management Trainee, manage personal customer accounts, complete follow-ups, and support long-term retention through strong customer service and consistent sales execution.
  • Document detailed account activity to ensure accuracy, transparency, and reliable sales reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades, additional wireless services, and expanded sales potential based on customer usage patterns.
  • Stay informed on the latest AT&T wireless offerings, industry trends, and promotional sales campaigns to remain a knowledgeable AT&T Management Trainee.
  • Represent Summit Ideas and AT&T with professionalism, confidence, and integrity during every customer interaction and every sales presentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to sharpen wireless product knowledge, refine sales techniques, and support overall sales performance goals.

  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales goals and growing into leadership as an AT&T Management Trainee.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is helpful but not required for the AT&T Management Trainee role.
