402Legal is a growing Omaha-based law firm focused on immigration, removal defense, and family-based cases. We handle a high volume of USCIS filings and EOIR matters, delivering efficient, client-centered legal services.

What You’ll Do (Core Focus: Immigration & EOIR)

• Prepare and file USCIS applications (I-589, I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, etc.)
• Assist with EOIR filings (motions, briefs, asylum applications, exhibits)
• Draft legal documents, affidavits, and client declarations
• Manage court deadlines, master calendar, and individual hearing prep
• Organize evidence and exhibits for immigration court filings
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and document collection
• Track case progress and ensure compliance with strict deadlines
• Managing billing processes
• Organizing and maintaining case files, calendars, and databases
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For (Required)

• Minimum 1–2 years of immigration law experience REQUIRED
• Hands-on experience with USCIS filings (I-589, I-130, I-485, etc.) REQUIRED
• EOIR / removal defense experience STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Strong understanding of asylum and family-based immigration cases
• Excellent writing and document preparation skills
• Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and strict deadlines

• Experience with:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or French) strongly preferred
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
