Canvasser / Door-to-Door Lead Generator

1099 Contract | Performance-Based Pay

Excel Roofing is hiring motivated canvassers who want to earn based on effort, not sit around waiting for hours to pass.

This is a fast-moving, face-to-face field role for someone who is comfortable talking to homeowners, handling rejection, staying energized, and getting paid for performance. You will work with a team, train before shifts, ride out to targeted neighborhoods in the Excel van, knock doors, and help generate roofing, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning opportunities.

Pay

  • $0.35 per door knocked
  • $15 per roof inspection set
  • 10% of every window cleaning or gutter cleaning job sold
  • Daily or weekly pay available

What You’ll Do

  • Attend weekly/daily pre-knock training at the Excel Roofing office
  • Ride with the team to assigned neighborhoods
  • Knock doors and speak with homeowners
  • Set roof inspection appointments
  • Generate window cleaning and gutter cleaning leads
  • Represent Excel Roofing professionally in the field
  • Return with the team at the end of shift for results review and payout tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • Coachable and dependable
  • Competitive mindset
  • Able to work outdoors and walk for extended periods
  • Sales, canvassing, customer service, or collections experience is a plus, but not required
