We’re a growing, industry-leading party rental company seeking a Sales Assistant to support our sales team while learning the skills needed to advance into a Sales Rep role. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in party rentals, catering, event planning, or corporate events who want to move into sales and business development.

What You’ll Do

• Support Sales Representatives with event orders from quote to execution
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues
• Recommend equipment substitutions and value-adding upgrades
• Assist with event layouts using CAD systems
• Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to ensure successful events
• Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and business development activities

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in party rentals, catering, event planning, or corporate events strongly preferred
• College degree preferred
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Sales experience a plus;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
