Human Resources Coordinator

Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Reports to: Human Resources Director

Location: Central Office - Gilbert, AZ

Contract: None, Full Time, 12-month calendar

Pay Range: $22-24/hour

 

Benjamin Franklin Charter School is seeking an entry level HR Coordinator for our Human Resources Department at our Central Office in Gilbert. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, team-oriented attitude while being able to work independently in a busy HR setting.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Answer HR questions, emails and phone calls
  • Post and manage job requisitions 
  • Schedule interviews and screenings
  • Maintain employee files
  • Verify certifications and IVP cards
  • Assist with job fairs
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Assist with employee recognition and functions
  • Other HR duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Other HR duties as assigned

 

 Qualifications:

  • Must have exceptional customer and employee service skills
  • Must have high standards of professionalism
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong work ethic with a positive approach to finding solutions
  • Experience in HR is preferred but will train the right person
  • Team player who has a passion for learning, self-motivated
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Organized and detail oriented
