About the Role
At SprintFounder, we believe the best coaches are those who understand our mission from the front lines. To ensure our coaches can effectively lead founders through our methodology, we require a "Sales-to-Service" mastery track.
We are seeking a Senior Business Coach who has successfully transitioned from our growth team. You will move beyond the initial sales cycle to become the "Unfair Advantage" for a portfolio of founders, using our proprietary AI tools and live economic data to drive real-world results.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Coaching: Manage a dedicated roster of small business owners, providing 1-on-1 strategy sessions for Elite and Enterprise members.
Sprint Execution: Interpret AI-generated 30-60-90 day plans to provide actionable guidance in marketing, HR, and operations.
Financial Analysis: Use our QuickBooks integration to review member P&Ls and "Business Health Scores" to identify growth bottlenecks before they become crises.
Economic Advisory: Translate complex FRED and BLS labor market data into simple, strategic advice for small business hiring and pricing.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities for members to scale into higher-tier support or utilize the Fractional Operations Manager (Business Concierge) service.
Mandatory Qualifications
SprintFounder Tenure: Strictly 2 to 4 years of experience as an Account Executive at SprintFounder. > Reasoning: Our coaching philosophy is rooted in the "Founder’s Journey." Having served as an AE, you possess the essential knowledge of founder pain points, our software ecosystem, and the specific hurdles members face during onboarding.
Performance Record: Proven track record of high member retention and deep familiarity with our internal "Health Score" methodology.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of QuickBooks financial syncing and the ability to prompt-engineer our custom AI Business Advisor.
Strategic Mindset: An MBA or equivalent experience in business operations, marketing, or finance is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 – $90,000 per year.
