Aquacraft Bathworks is a Portland-based wholesale bathroom products company supplying shower doors, shower bases, wall panels, and bathtubs to contractors, builders, and renovators across the Pacific Northwest. The Role
We're looking for a sharp, personable Office Administrator & Inside Sales Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our business — on the phone, over email, and in person at our warehouse showroom. This is a hybrid role that blends office management, inside sales outreach, and light inventory coordination. You'll be the glue that keeps daily operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Inside Sales & Client Outreach (40%)
- Make outbound calls and send emails to prospective clients (contractors, builders, remodeling companies, flooring shops) to introduce Aquacraft Bathworks and our product line
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and quote requests promptly
- Build and maintain a pipeline of local trade accounts using our CRM
- Process sales orders, generate invoices, and collect payments
- Track outreach activity and report results to the COO weekly
Showroom & Client Relations (25%)
- Greet contractors and walk-in trade clients at our warehouse showroom
- Present products, answer questions about specs, sizing, and finishes
- Coordinate showroom appointments and ensure displays are clean and well-stocked
- Build relationships that turn first-time visitors into repeat accounts
Office Administration (20%)
- Manage the front office — answer phones, handle mail, organize files and documents
- Maintain office supplies, keep the workspace organized and professional
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support the COO with day-to-day administrative needs
Inventory Support (15%)
- Help maintain accurate inventory counts in our system
- Log incoming shipments, flag low-stock items, and coordinate with the warehouse
- Assist with packing lists, shipping labels, and order fulfillment paperwork
- Conduct periodic spot-checks to keep physical inventory aligned with records
Who You Are
Must-Haves:
- 1-2 years of experience in office admin, inside sales, customer service, or a front-desk role (industry experience not required — we'll train you on the products)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and talking to new people daily — you're not afraid of the phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping balls
- Professional and friendly demeanor — contractors will judge our company by how you treat them
- Proficient in basic computer tools — email, spreadsheets, word processing
- Reliable — you show up on time, every time
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in building materials, home improvement, plumbing supply, or a related trade industry
- Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or basic invoicing tools
- Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) — a real plus for our market
- Experience working in a small business or startup environment where you wear multiple hats

Compensation
$16.5–$20/hour depending on experience, plus performance bonuses.
Full-time, 40 hours/week. We're open to discussing benefits for the right candidate.
