Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in computer applications and be able to coordinate with multiple office personnel, engineers, technicians, firm president and staff to help effect a productive work community. Position will interact directly with clients on behalf of the company requiring professional communication skills, dress and demeanor.
Duties and Skills
- Attend client meetings and aid preparedness of Senior Engineers and Project Engineers to maximize company effectiveness.
- Enhance calendaring, organization and report writing tasks through accurate and efficient use of Work, Outlook, Excel and Apple Phone applications.
- Use strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
Experience
- Candidates with previous experience in an administrative role and advance computer skills will be strongly considered.
- Candidates with less experience who are talented and willing to quickly develop requirements outlined above will also be strongly considered.
- Must be able to devote time to learning needs of company and staff with a proactive attitude toward work.
