We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to support front desk operations in a boutique wellness and aesthetic practice. This role is client facing and requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and comfort with technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet clients and create a calm, welcoming environment
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails in a clear and timely manner
• Check clients in and out, collect payments, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain daily schedule flow and communicate updates to providers
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, services, and general inquiries
• Assist with light administrative and organizational tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and written)
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic software
• Organized, attentive to detail, and able to multitask
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
Preferred (not required)
• Interest in wellness, aesthetics, or healthcare
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles
